AgentPlus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or business purposes. This license does not include: • Selling, reselling, or commercial exploitation • Modifying or deriving works from the service • Downloading (except page caching) without permission • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code • Using the service for illegal purposes If you violate any of these restrictions, your license is immediately revoked.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on AgentPlus are provided on an "as is" basis. AgentPlus makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall AgentPlus or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AgentPlus.

The materials appearing on AgentPlus's website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
9. Payment Terms
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon invoice. We accept MPESA, bank transfers, and credit card payments. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another business.
10. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. AgentPlus is not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service: • For any illegal purpose • To harass, abuse, or harm others • To send unsolicited communications • To interfere with service operation • To infringe on intellectual property rights • To share misinformation Violations may result in immediate account termination.
